1. Production & Lead Time
Since we specialize in bulk manufacturing and customization, our lead times are structured as follows:
- In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 5-7 business days after payment confirmation.
- Standard Production Orders: Typically 15-25 days depending on order volume.
- Custom OEM/ODM Orders: Approximately 30-45 days, subject to final design approval.
Note: Lead times may vary during peak seasons (e.g., pre-CNY). Your sales representative will provide a confirmed timeline upon invoicing.
2. Shipping Methods & Incoterms
We primarily offer ocean freight solutions for global B2B clients:
- FCL (Full Container Load): 20GP / 40GP / 40HQ containers. Shipped directly from Ganzhou International Land Port or Shenzhen/Guangzhou Ports.
- LCL (Less than Container Load): For smaller wholesale orders, goods are consolidated safely in pallets.
- Incoterms Supported: EXW (Ex Works), FOB (Free on Board), CIF (Cost, Insurance, and Freight).
3. Estimated Transit Time
Transit times depend on the destination port and shipping schedule:
- North America (West Coast): 18 – 25 Days
- North America (East Coast): 30 – 40 Days
- Europe: 30 – 45 Days
- Southeast Asia: 7 – 12 Days
- Middle East: 20 – 30 Days
4. Packaging & Safety
All furniture is packed using export-standard K-D (Knock-Down) packaging with 5-layer hardened cartons and corner guards to minimize volume and prevent damage during transit. We comply with ISTA-3A drop test standards.
