Return & Refund Policy
Miyda Furniture Co., Ltd. stands behind the quality of every piece we manufacture. Due to the nature of international B2B trade and logistics, our Return & Refund Policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and efficient for our wholesale partners.
1. Inspection Upon Arrival
We strongly recommend that you inspect all cartons immediately upon arrival at your warehouse. Any visible damage to the outer packaging must be noted on the delivery receipt (Bill of Lading) before signing.
2. Quality Guarantee & Warranty
We provide a 1-Year Structural Warranty for all our furniture products (Vanity Tables, Wardrobes, Cabinets). This covers manufacturing defects such as:
- Hardware failure (drawer slides, hinges).
- Structural instability not caused by misuse.
- Severe panel warping or discoloration (for UV/Laminated finishes).
3. Claims for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive products with manufacturing defects or shipping damage, please follow this procedure:
- Timeframe: Report the issue within 14 days of receiving the container/shipment.
- Evidence: Send high-resolution photos or videos of the defect and the carton label (showing model number) to [email protected].
- Resolution:
- Free Replacements: We will ship replacement parts or units for free in your next order.
- Air Mail (Urgent): For critical small parts (e.g., handles, screws), we may arrange courier delivery.
- Refund/Credit: If replacement is not feasible, a credit memo will be issued for the value of the damaged goods, deductible from future orders.
4. Non-Returnable Items
As a B2B manufacturer, we generally do not accept “Change of Mind” returns once the goods have been shipped or custom-produced. Customized items (OEM/ODM) are final sale unless they fail to meet the agreed technical specifications.
